We will only be accepting appointments that are booked online at this time. 

  • CREDIT CARD: Pay with CREDIT CARD payment information online. NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED.
  • CREDIT CARD ON FILE OR eGIFT CARD: Sign in. Select pay with CREDIT CARD or GIFT CARD on file. ACCOUNT REQUIRED.

TIPS: You may add a tip to your service when you book online or with cash.

PREPAID APPOINTMENTS: Due to popular demand, we will continue with all services to be pre-paid via credit card or gift card on file.

TIPS &  DISCOUNTS

  • Specials and discount savings will be refunded at time of appointment.
  • Cash tips will be accepted. You may also add your tips to your service when you book online. 
  • All credit card transactions will be done contactless to avoid touching payment screens as well as signature not being required.

SAFETY
COVID-19

  • DUE TO THE NEW COVID VARIANT, masks are required to enter our suite regardless of vaccination. Your mask must be kept on during the duration of the service.

PATCH TEST

Due to the vaccine causing possible sensitivities, we recommend a patch test 48 hours prior to the service for the following services. 

PLEASE NOTE: Brow lamination is not recommended for those who are pregnant or breast feeding.

  • BROW LAMINATION

A patch test is available to book online at no charge. Please book the patch test at least 48 hours before your service .

24 HOUR
CANCELLATION POLICY

By Appointment Only

As a private salon, we do not take walk ins to respect our client’s privacy. Each appointment with Elke is specifically reserved for that time slot for you.

  • We require clients to pay in full before booking. 
  • We request 24+ hours notice to avoid a 100% cancellation charge. 
  • Due to increased demand, all no-shows will be charged the full service amount.
 

EARLY ARRIVAL

Please arrive a minimum of 5-10 minutes prior to your salon appointment to allow us to accommodate you.

NO SHOWS &
LATE ARRIVALS



If you are unable to arrive at your appointment on time, your appointment session may be shorter or the service may not be able to be done.  Please note that all late arrivals 5-10 minutes or more, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. A cancellation fee is waived if appointment can be rescheduled for the same day. 

Please TEXT US AT (917) 475-6845 to let us know you’re running late so we can coordinate.

In the event of severe weather, severe emergencies or cancellations due to salon issues, we do not charge a cancellation fee.
