Elke offers her top brow tips that will help you before you book your next brow appointment.
“Don’t feel you need to grow in your eyebrows for 2-3 months before you book an appointment. Growth for that length of time usually ends up with overgrown eyebrows in places you really don’t need anyway. 2-3 weeks is usually enough to reshape or fix a brow. If you’re looking to to grow very thin eyebrows thicker, then give it a month.”
“Trick: Grow your eyebrows in a row at a time rather than all at once. This may take longer but it will leave you with nicer looking brows that are shaped as you’re growing them in.”
“To tweeze or wax? That depends on the type of hair you have. Thicker hair responds better to waxing, while thinner, lighter hair likes tweezing because you can keep most of it’s shape without worrying about hairs not growing back. We highly recommend tweezing to our clients especially those growing in, or wanting to keep as much as possible, but if you prefer waxing, just let me know.”
