Our Brow Glow gives an instant Brow Lift to any eyebrow. Apply as a light highlight above the eyebrows to lift and emphasize. You can apply along the whole brow line or just from the beginning to the arch of the brows. Created to lift the brows without the cream formula of concealer, which is a pro makeup artist trick.
