TERMS:
Opening Order
To open an account, an opening order total of $475 (minus s/h and taxes) is required with 3 each per color/product.
Following Orders
There is a minimum order of 3 per item/color with each order.
Online Orders
Online orders may be submitted directly through this website. Once you have received your account approval, you may begin ordering.
Order Modification
Once an order has been submitted to the web site the order cannot be modified. Should an item be out of stock, your item will be shipped separately at no shipping cost to you.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 10-14 working days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Shipping
All orders offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 to US and $15 to Canada and are shipped USPS Priority Mail with Confirmation and Signature Required with a 2/3 day delivery. If your order is damaged en route, please keep all packaging materials until UPS inspects the shipment. This will ensure a full refund on damaged items.
Refused shipments will be charged a 15% restocking fee (based on total cost of the order).
Payment
We accept payments online via PayPal, or credit card (Visa/MC). Please follow directions after placing order.
Claims & Returns
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. We only accept returns of damaged or defective products.Please provide the invoice and P.O. number when making a claim. To submit a claim. The full value of the product will then be credited to the client’s account. Credit will not be given on products in outdated packaging or any promotional or discontinued products.
Inactive Accounts
Accounts that have not placed an order for product in over 120 days will be considered inactive unless otherwise notified.
POLICY ON WEBSITE OPERATIONS AND USE OF IMAGES
Products may not be sold on a website without approval. Current customers can request product images by emailing requests to info@elkevonfreudenberg.com. We reserve the right to terminate any Retailer who does not reflect the high-quality image or the marketing philosophy essential to our brand and products.
By placing an order, I declare that I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions as specified by Von Freudenberg Enterprises. I also declare that I am authorized to place orders and take full responsibility for acceptance and payment of all future orders placed under our account.
