GIFT CERTIFICATES
Offer Gift Certificates for holidays and special occasions. Offer to local blogs, charities, local business offerings, events. A great way to bring in extra business is to offer the value of a brow shaping (or other service) for free and add it to the certificate value. Your client pays only for 1 service, while the giftee is being treated to two services.
i.e Gift Certificate for:
1. Facial (value $45)
2. Eyebrow shaping (value $25)
Your client pays $45, and receives 2 services as a gift. You can either put both services on 1 Certificate, or on two separate Certificates to be handed to two people.
PROMOTION IDEAS
- 10% Re-booking discount
Client receives 10% discount when pre-booking their next appointment before leaving. If client should reschedule that appointment, discount is not included.
- 20% Student Discount
Offer 20% discount to all students with a High School / College Student I.D. Card. Card must be shown to receive discount.
- Client Referral Discount
This can be done a a few different ways. Offer discount for 1 or 2 referrals. Or offer a 2 for 1 price if two friends make appointments at the same time. Both clients must show to receive discounts.

- Promote on Lifebooker.com. For a small fee, list your services on LifeBooker.com, a salon referral service where the client can book directly from their site.’
