Orders
After your intro order, there is a minimum order of 3 per item/color with each order.
Online Orders
Web Web orders may be submitted directly online at www.themodelbrowcollection.com
Order Modification
Once an order has been submitted to the web site the order cannot be modified. If an item should be out of stock upon receiving your order, your item once in stock, will be shipped seperately at no shipping cost to you.
Payment
We accept payments online via PayPal, or credit card (Visa/MC). Please follow directions after placing order.
Claims & Returns
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. Please provide the invoice and P.O. number when making a claim.
POLICY ON WEBSITE OPERATIONS AND USE OF IMAGES
Products may not be sold on internet without approval. Current customers can request product images by emailing requests to info@elkevonfreudenberg.com. We reserve the right to terminate any Retailer who does not reflect the high-quality image or the marketing philosophy essential to our brand and products.
